Role: Creative Producer (Photography / Videography)

Location: Lithuania, Vilnius (On-site required for shoots)

We are looking for a Creative Producer to create visual content for Gasper.co. This is a hands-on videography and photography role responsible for producing campaign assets and paid ads.

This position requires technical skills in both shooting and editing.

Responsibilities

• Shooting: Film high-quality video and take product photography. Light and frame scenes to ensure jewelry looks high-quality.
• Editing: Handle post-production for video and photo, including cutting, color grading, sound design, and retouching.
• Execution: Turn concepts and ideas into reality. Direct models and manage the set during production.
• Ad Content: Create visual assets specifically for paid media, focusing on hooks and performance.
• Campaign Content: Produce polished assets for product launches and brand image.
• Trends: Adapt current visual trends and editing styles to fit the brand aesthetic.

Requirements

• Software Skills: Proficient in video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or CapCut) and photo editing (Photoshop or Lightroom).
• Aesthetic Alignment: Ability to execute the brand's specific style which is clean, polished, and masculine.
• Portfolio: 2+ years of experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle. Must show both campaign visuals and paid ad creative.
• Production Knowledge: Knowledge of lighting and camera gear, specifically regarding reflective surfaces and metals.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of how to create content designed to convert customers.
• Location: Based in or near Vilnius and available for regular on-site shoots.
