CUSTOMS FEES

Our warehouse is located in Ohio, USA and we provide worldwide delivery.

Please note that if you are placing an order from abroad, you may be subject to customs duties.

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free shipping.

If a parcel is refused at customs or on delivery, the delivery company returns it to our US warehouse. Once it arrives, we refund your order in full minus the return charge the delivery company bills us for that parcel. International returns take 4 to 8 weeks. We email you when the parcel arrives and again when the refund is issued.
