Gasper.co was founded in 2019 in London, focusing on D2C jewelry aimed at mostly men. We have shipped to over 100 countries worldwide from our warehouse partners in USA and expanding into other markets.

About the role 

We’re looking for a Creative Conent & Influencer Manager to lead the development of high-impact content and collaborations that bring our brand vision to life—across paid ads, social media, and product launches.

This is a hybrid role that blends creative direction, influencer management, and content production. You’ll collaborate with creators, photographers, and marketers to craft visual content that elevates the brand and drives performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop creative briefs and direction for influencers, photographers, and content creators

  • Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and campaign partnerships

  • Plan and lead brand and product photoshoots—from pre-production to on-set direction

  • Coordinate with videographers, stylists, and other creatives to build the Gasper.co visual identity

  • Create and optimize content for social media and paid ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content strategy and creative innovation

  • Ensure alignment between organic content, influencer work, and performance marketing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or creative production (experience with DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred)

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and ad formats

  • Proven experience managing influencer collaborations and content seeding

  • Experience leading or assisting in brand photoshoots

  • Ability to direct visual storytelling that aligns with both brand and performance goals

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail

BONUS

  • Familiarity with content editing tools such as Photoshop, CapCut, or Canva

  • Experience working with jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands

  • Understanding of creative performance metrics and how to optimize for conversions
